Create a login to update our database

We are keen to keep this website accurate and free from Brexit trolls, so each piece of information here about local campaign groups will be traceable to whoever entered it.

Your name:
Your first name and surname as usual, but in the 26-letter English alphabet, omitting any accents.
Email address:
Your email address, which will be verified with a code. This will be used as the default contact address for technical issues for any campaign group entry that you create or update, but can be changed there.
Post Code:
If you ever need to recover your login, you will have to give the same name and postcode again, like a password. The first half of your postcode will be used as the default meeting place for any campaign group entry that you create or update, but can be changed there.
Webpage or Facebook:
This should be something showing that you are fighting Brexit and include your email address. It is optional and intended for campaign group addresses rather than individuals.
Your own computer?:
Please confirm that you are using your own computer or your own login on a professionally managed system, not an Internet Café.
Agreement:
You agree to our storing the details on this page in a database and adding your address to a mailing list. The sole purpose of these is to mantain this database. You may ask to be removed at any time: contact remove@istopbrexit.info. None of your personal information will be published or given to anyone else, except to resolve disgreements in the information that you provide. You also agree that you will only use this website to provide accurate information about bona fide anti-Brexit campaign groups.

None of the personal information above will ever appear on the web pages. You will be assigned a randomly-generated username. This (not your own name) will appear alongside any group's details that you modify, but even that will only be visible to other known users. The site manager and no-one else will know to whom the username belongs. Of course the purpose of this is to block trolls and vandals, which will be done permanently and without warning.

You will not have to supply these details again, because you will be sent a cookie that identifies you to this website and automatically allows you to make modifications. (So there is no notion of "session" and you are effectively "logged in" permanently.)

This means that you must only fill in this form if you are using your own computer (or your own login on a professionally managed company or university system), not an Internet Café!

If you create a login using one computer and then want to log in using another, you will need to retrieve your cookie by repeating this process. For this, you must enter your name and postcode in exactly the same way again.

If your web browser is configured to delete cookies, you will need to whitelist this site or its cookie, otherwise you will have to re-fill this form every time you want to update some group's details.
